Bettys Festive Cookery Masterclass

Join Bettys Cookery School at Grantley Hall for a festive cookery demonstration celebrating some of their most loved seasonal treats. Watch Bettys' expert tutors create handcrafted Swiss chocolate truffles with rum & raisin and rich chocolate ganache fillings, while demonstrating the art of tempering chocolate, moulding and finishing chocolates to perfection.
The festive inspiration continues with a mince pie masterclass, where they will showcase sweet pastry, traditional mincemeat and a selection of delicious toppings, including buttery streusel and almond-rich Ricciarelli. Discover seasonal baking techniques, festive flavours and plenty of inspiration to recreate these Christmas favourites at home.
A savoury and sweet afternoon tea will also be served throughout the afternoon.
After the masterclass, enjoy the opportunity to shop Betty’s products, with a £50 voucher to redeem against purchases made on the day.

What To Expect:
- 11:30 – Arrive & welcome refreshments
- 12:00 – Mince pie demonstration
- 12:45 – Guests seated for savoury afternoon tea
- 13:45 – Chocolate demonstration
- 14:30 – Guests seated for sweet afternoon tea
- 15:30 – Event concludes
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All events are adult only unless otherwise specified. Adults are classified as aged 18 and above.
- Full prepayment is required at time of booking.
- Grantley Hall reserves the right to cancel or amend any events up to 14 days prior to arrival if minimum numbers are not reached making the event unviable – at which point a full refund will be offered. Cancellations received from clients after payment has been made will be allowed up to 14 days prior to the event and will be subject to a £20 per ticket administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged at full face value of the purchase price.
- Tickets can only be transferred to other guests with the approval of the hotel.
- All dietary requirements, where applicable, must be advised a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.
- The maximum number of tickets which can be purchased by an individual will vary depending on the specific event and the capacity offered.
- Clients will receive full details of each event the week prior to the event in addition to the automated confirmation received at time of booking.
- Any complaints must be sent in writing to hello@grantleyhall.co.uk and will be dealt with in a professional and confidential manner. We will acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and respond in full within 7 working days.
- As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed and photographed for future promotional material to be used by Grantley Hall. If you wish to be excluded, please make us aware by emailing: hello@grantleyhall.co.uk
