TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking for Christmas Day Lunches and for our New Year’s eve non-resident celebrations. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival or at the time of booking should this be within 4 weeks of arrival. A 5% discount off our Best Available Rates is applicable to any guests attending a Christmas Party event in the Grantley Suite, subject to availability at time of booking. Where applicable, menu pre-orders must be advised a minimum of 3 weeks prior to arrival and all dietary requirements must be advised in advance. All party events are over 18s only. Cancellations or amendments received after the final balance has been made will be charged in full, regardless of the cancellation reason unless the space can be resold at which point a 50% refund will be offered.
