Before arrival, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of clients’ diets, health and exercise behaviours to tailor the retreat experience to their needs. Following the retreat, clients will receive personalised post-package reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support their ongoing fitness journey and ensure lasting progress.

For this retreat, dining and accommodation will be charged separately, however a 15% discount on our best available Bed & breakfast rates is offered to any guest booking this package.
