A direct train from London King's Cross station to York typically takes less than two hours. From York, a taxi transfer takes about an hour. Alternatively, you can get a 40-minute train journey to Harrogate, where the taxi transfer would take 20 minutes.

Approximately 4 - 5 hours by car 

To get to Grantley Hall from London, take the A1 and A1(M) northbound until you reach A6055 in North Yorkshire.

Exit at junction 48 on the A1(M). Then, follow the A168 and B6265, which will lead you directly to Grantley Hall.

Edinburgh

Approximately 4 hours by car 

Take the A1 southbound and continue onto the A1(M). In North Yorkshire, take exit 50 onto the A61 toward Ripon/Thirsk. Then, follow the A61 and B6265, which will lead you directly to Grantley Hall. 

 

Approximately 3.5 hours by train

To reach Grantley Hall from Edinburgh by train, take a direct train from Edinburgh Waverley to York or Leeds. From either York or Leeds, transfer to a train heading to Harrogate or Ripon. Once you arrive in Harrogate or Ripon, Grantley Hall is a short taxi ride away, typically 20–30 minutes from either station.
