Terms & Conditions

Festive Private Dining

  • To confirm and secure your booking, we require a signed and dated contract and a 50% deposit
  • Full prepayment of pre-ordered food and beverage is required 3 weeks prior if the pre-order does not fulfil the minimum contracted spend, pre-payment of the contacted minimum spend will be taken in advance and used as credit for the event.
  • The full and final charges for the event must be settled prior to departure.
  • The hotel will require a credit card to hold on file which will be used to take payment for any outstanding charges if required. 
  • Please note the hotel applies a 12.5% discretionary service charge on all services on the final bill - please advise the team if you would like to remove this on the day.
  • Deposits are neither refundable nor transferable.
  • Room hire is applicable
