Our Two-night New Year’s Eve House Party begins with your arrival on 31st December, where you will be greeted with mulled wine and mince pies. Unwind at the Three Graces Spa before indulging in a celebratory dinner. Choose from the MICHELIN-starred Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, the beautifully classic British dishes at Fletchers Restaurant, or the Asian-fusion cuisine at Bar & Restaurant EightyEight. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the exclusive New Year’s Eve Gala Ball.
The start of 2025 will be marked by a spectacular fireworks display, and you will have access to Valeria’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar for late-night entertainment into the early hours.
New Year’s Day will be a leisurely affair. After breakfast, enjoy a morning walk around the nearby Fountains Abbey before returning to the spa to relax. For lunch, you can choose between The Orchard or Fletchers Restaurant. Spend the rest of the day unwinding and preparing for your final dinner before departing the following day.

Our most glamorous event of the year, and perhaps the most exciting way to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Yorkshire this year, is the New Year’s Eve Gala Ball. It starts at 19:00 and continues late into the night. This black-tie affair begins with Champagne on arrival, followed by an indulgent four-course feast. Enjoy live entertainment throughout the evening, and toast to 2025 with a glass of Champagne at midnight as a spectacular fireworks display lights up the sky.
If you are already joining us for the Two-night New Year’s Eve House Party, you have the option to upgrade your evening to the Gala Ball for an unforgettable celebration.
Grantley Hall’s New Year’s Eve Gala Ball is £265.00 per person, or an additional supplement of £125.00 per person for those on our New Year House Party package.

Perhaps you are looking for a more laid-back yet still very special way to ring in 2025. If a quiet dinner is what you seek, Fletchers Restaurant offers the perfect setting with a five-course dinner and a celebratory welcome glass of Champagne. Guests dining with us will also enjoy a magical fireworks display at midnight, complete with a piper to herald the New Year.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a MICHELIN-starred menu at Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall. Begin your evening with a celebratory glass of Champagne before indulging in the exquisite ten-course Taste of Home menu in Grantley Hall’s most glamorous restaurant. Like all our guests dining that night, you will have access to our wonderful fireworks display and a piper at midnight to bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new one.

Featuring original oak panelling and a menu of modern classics crafted by Head Chef Craig Atchinson, you and your guests will savour the very best of British cuisine with locally-sourced ingredients.
If you prefer fine dining, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall’s MICHELIN-starred restaurant is an excellent choice with its exquisite Taste of Home menu, perfect for any foodie. Its impressive formal dining room, The Dales Suite, can sit up to 18 guests and comes with a dedicated team to ensure your every need is catered for.
For something a little different, consider The Lifestyle Suite, transformed for the festive period in all its seasonal splendour. You and your guests will enjoy the seasonal Fletchers Restaurant menu in this glamorous setting. This beautiful dining area is available for parties of up to ten guests.
